Hidden in the hills on the verdant north side of Tortola is Good Moon Farm. Local Artist and Farmer, Aragorn Dick-Read, his family and team, have created a beautiful terraced garden that is both a busy regenerative organic farm and an edible work of Art. A visit to the farm offers you a cornucopia of delights and rare insights.

The tour starts on the balcony with a cup of Bush tea, Cassava bread and seasonal fruit. Aragorn’s life time of accumulated local knowledge and many years of research into BVI history form the basis of a fascinating story on the BVI’s Agricultural past, present and future. Questions and conversation ensue. At this point we take a walk down through the farm, discussing regenerative organic techniques, how compost and earth worms are so fundamental to the soil health and successful crop production.

We welcome groups of 6 to 20 people. Tours start at 9.00 and generally take 2 1/2 hours.
